Tratamiento del Cáncer de Ano.
Resumen
En la presente revisión se individualizan los distintos métodos y regímenes de los criterios de selección de las distintas opciones y se discriminan los distintos agentes que integran la quimioterapia. Se debate el tratamiento con radiación, modalidades, métodos y dosis. Se tiene como objetivo incluir los criterios terapéuticos que se sustentan en cada etapa de desarrollo tumoral ; los regímenes y pautas de combinación que resultan de integrar quimioterapia y radiación tratamiento del carcinoma del canal anal. Se circunscribe la descripción en la valoración evolutiva en los procedimientos empleados màs eficazmente en las últimas dos décadas. Se plantea el lugar que ocupa la cirugía en el tratamiento de la enfermedad.
