Resumen


La disección aórtica aguda es una enfermedad de alta mortalidad que requiere de un rápido y específico diagnóstico, para su óptimo control y tratamiento. En el presente trabajo se comenta la información recopilada en la bibliografía mundial de los últimos 3 años, con intención de desarrollar una sistemática diagnóstica.
